1.1 Returns: You may return purchased Products within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to conditions provided below.
1.2 Return Process To return a Product, you must initiate a return request via the website or WhatsApp within
10 days from the date of delivery. Upon initiation:
(a) In most cases, our designated delivery personnel will arrange to collect the Product from the address provided at the time of delivery; or
(b) If collection is not feasible, you may be requested to ship the Product back to us at the address communicated by our customer support team.
In either case, the Product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact. It must be free from damage, stains, alterations, or signs of use, and accompanied by the original invoice. You are responsible for securely repacking the Product. Unless otherwise specified, you shall bear the cost of return shipping. Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed within 30 business days.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following categories cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Customized or personalized Products (e.g., engraving or tailoring).
- Sale/clearance items.
- Products expressly described as non-returnable on the Product page.
1.4 Cancellations: You may cancel an Order, in whole or in part, at any time prior to its dispatch via the website or WhatsApp. You can check the dispatch status under "My Orders." Once an Order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return in accordance with this Clause.
1.5 Internal Cancellations: We may cancel an Order in accordance with Clause 2.3 (Internal Policy) by notifying you and processing a refund in accordance with the Refunds section below.
